Hi, hope your week gets better. I think once you start exercising again it is easier to get back into the habit. You just have to make yourself exercise that first time. I know tonight I was thinking about only doing a 1 mile walk with the Leslie Sansone video, but once I got started I did the whole 2 miles. Keep up the good work. Tricia

you and I are having the same problems...computer issues! Mine at home crashed and the one at work is not acting right! hate that!!,
