Hi Temmy! Thanks for dropping by and saying hi to the Warriors! Hope you are doing well this round - I'm doing pretty good. I lost 5 lbs last week by not eating any sweets at all. This week I'm not eating bread or sweets!

Hi, hope your week gets better. I think once you start exercising again it is easier to get back into the habit. You just have to make yourself exercise that first time. I know tonight I was thinking about only doing a 1 mile walk with the Leslie Sansone video, but once I got started I did the whole 2 miles. Keep up the good work. Tricia
