My Goals:
1. drink 10 glasses of water per day

2. walk 7,000 steps per day

3. eat 5 servings of fruit

4. eat 5 servings of vegetables

5. Strength train 3 times per week

My Program:
I am following the Spark pages and logging food, drinking water and exercise a minimum of 20 minutes a day.

I am committing to losing 5% body weight in the next 8 weeks and I will record all items on my team pages.

Like your goals you seem to be doing very well, I get motivated then seem to fall back to wayside but not giving up. Our red hat group is called the Rhody Red Hats, we are in Florence OR.
