I have been a member of SparkPeople for nearly five (5)years, but have not been consistent with following program. When I first joined I had found that I have high blood pressure. Now that is under control, Praise God!!

I have lost 16 lbs, slowly. But that's okay. Because of the 5% Challenges I have been a part of for nearly a year, I am exercising regularly. Though I am slimming down and toning up, my biggest challenge is belly fat. I want to get rid of the belly. So, during the 2013 Winter 5% Challenge, I am going to do more Pilates exercise videos.

Tina, I have often thought of the over-load of information out there, and wondered what to believe, and what I am willing and able to apply to my life.

I found that the best thing is to "KISS" = Keep It Simple Sweetie!

Start the day with a glass of water with Lemon Juice and a SAMe wait 20 minutes

Eat Fruit (first food of the day) - wait 20 minute

Eat something with protein every "meal"

Never mix fruit with anything.

I can do this...
