Hi I'm one of those people who doesn't need to lose a lot of weight, but who really would like to be in much better shape. This isn't just about weight for me. I don't want to be skinny. I want a lean, strong body that allows me to work hard and avoid injury. Speed, strength, and agility are qualities that I covet.

My Goals:
Trying for 119 by New Year's, 2010 End goal is somewhere around 114-116, which I hope to reach by June 5, 2010.
My Program:
I climb my apartment stairs for 40 minutes in the morning and again in the evening. Weight training 3x a week. I'm trying to get back into running. I do Pilates 3x a week. Trying to stay away from sugary and fatty foods as much as possible. 1250-1400 calories taken in per day. Burning around 500 calories most days.
Personal Information:
I'm 32 years old and currently residing in San Antonio, TX.
Other Information:
I enjoy listening to music and have a somewhat eclectic taste. Classical music to Linkin Park or Nickelback. But I DO NOT like rap, hiphop, or most country. I like to draw and reading is a favorite hobby. Jane Austen to James Herriot to StarTrek.
