Time to change this darn page, ya'll.

I have fairly recently started going on Spark agian. That's not because I am lazy. It's because I just had a beautiful baby boy! His name is Meir - pronounced like Mayor - and he is the light of my life. Between him and my two year old I am pretty busy, but also very happy.

I lost my baby weight, woo hoo!, plus another couple of pounds. Nursing is the best diet ever. Yes, I really did just say that.

The plan? I think for now I am going to try and do 3 x a week. For a long time I stopped tracking my food, but I would like to start up again. Let's see where the journey takes me.

My Goals:
I want to work out using my fun home DVDs 3 x a week and track my food most of the time. I also want to balance my family life, work life, and my own personal goals better.

My Program:
I am on the maintenance track! Right now I want to be a healthy and fit mom, who loves and accepts myself. Trying to embrace the concept that I don't need super flat abs or ripped arms.

Personal Information:
I live in Baltimore with my husband and children. I like to work out, cook, and spend time with my family. I also love to read.

Other Information:
My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice. Everyone should read it!

Thanks for the goodie and the friend add :)

I've actually never done Turbo Jam, but I'm in LOVE with it's 2nd workout, Turbo Fire!! It is SO heart pumping and the music is awesome to work out too. Chalene also has out ChaLEAN Extreme which is ST intervals that I have also done.

Thank you for the spark goodie. I guess we was replying at the same time. I'm glad I could help. Remember it's about progress and not perfection. We're going to have non perfect days. Hi there. Thanks for stopping by my blog today.

Regarding those last five pesky pounds, I did not materially change what I was doing. If anything, they may have come off more slowly than the rest because I allowed myself to eat near the top if my calorie range, giving me a smaller deficit each week. But I kept my exercise and eating routine the same. Eventually the last five left. But it did take a while.
