Hi Cat Buddy!
I saw your exercise minutes for the weekend - great job! It's got colder this week than last, so I won't get as much outdoor cardio as last week. But I'm committed to doing a strength training workout for 3 days this week. Did a workout today, so I'm off to a good start.
