I stick with the winners! I belong to some challenging teams. I've met amazing and inspirational people. Tracking everything everyday does work for me. I'm willing to get involved and be a part of healthy activities.
AJ, you are SO right about being thankful! I love your daily 'thank you's' they help us remember how lucky we are! How blessed we are! Also, your support & inspiration helps me keep going a little farther with my exercise minutes! Just KNOWING you & Lola are 'out there, too" helps with my motivation, even when it is cold or???? thanks for the WIG support. Hoping to make it a good week. Thinking about putting a "penalty" on days I don't eat well. Maybe $1 to a charity I don't like? Or maybe the other way around? $$ for every day that I do eat within ranges??? Still thinking it out.
