Right now I'm trying to work on breaking an all-or-nothing sugar mentality, but it's difficult. I'm also working towards a half-marathon in June (cross your fingers!) and a 10k mud run right after that. I've discovered recently how much I love fitness-I love feeling and seeing the changes in my body, and knowing that the healthy habits I form now will inform the depth and success of my life later. Future me has never been so proud.

My Goals:
Get down to ~150 lb.
Do the splits!
Run a 5k in less than 30 min. -DONE!
Have eating healthy become a habit.

My Program:
I am dancing 4x a week at college, plus running 4x a week on a plan to get me up to a HM by June. I would LOVE to incorporate more weight training, specifically bodyrock.tv training. It's amazingly tough, and makes me feel like a superstar.

awww, thanks! I'm sure you'll get your stamina back soon enough, we can go running when I get back. And as for who gets to 10 lbs down first, I actually have no idea what I weighed when we made that deal, so I don't know when I will have hit it. And congrats on being sub-160 again! Soon you'll get some momentum back and we'll be well on our way to having sexy septembers. (I've decided sexy september is going to be a thing).
