Go from 174 to 145 lbs.
Drink 8 cups of water/day.
Get 7-9 hours of sleep/day.
Fit into my old clothes.
Be less self-conscious.
Be healthier and happier overall.

My Program:
Zumba (45 minutes, 2x/week)
Cardio (at least 20 minutes each day)
Strength training (at least 2x per week)
Tracking my nutrition.
Moving in general any chance I get!


Personal Information:
I recently received my Masters in Business Administration. I work as a marketer for a home health agency in NW Ohio. I am a HUGE Cincinnati Reds fan! :) I love to read, mostly mystery and suspense, but other things as well. I also love to go to concerts, spend time with friends and family, organize, and watch HGTV.

I am looking forward to getting to know others and making friends to accompany me on my weight loss journey!

Hey there, Congratulations on getting your diploma and being done with school!! Thats great! I still work at lovely cvs. I have been considering taking some kind of course to get a certificate, but I'm just not sure what to take. I fear I'll never get out of this store if I don't do something.
My fiance is currently headed back to Canada. We had 10 days together, which we spent here. We didn't really do a whole lot this past week. We mostly relaxed. Last weekend we went with my friends to the airplane museum in Dayton, which he really loves to go check out. Actually though my fiance and best friend's husband went there and my best friend and I went to shop at the mall in Dayton. Lol. the planes really are boring to me so I thought the guys would enjoy doing the planes while we shopped.
My weight is horrible though, of course. I simply can not behave myself while on vacation, or really anytime he is here. It was 155 today. I am really feeling bad about it too because it mostly goes to my belly and I hate it because I feel fat and my clothes don't fit well. So starting tomorrow I have no choice but to really behave myself.
This past week while we were off the weather was pretty much perfect which was nice for a change. This past weekend was around 90 though, which is a bit too hot for me.

Hey Sarah..
How have you been doing? I'm sorry that I haven't been on here in so long. I have taken a turn in the wrong direction with my diet. I'm back up to 151 and not at all happy with myself. I haven't been doing much tread milling or exercise lately. I guess I've been somewhat depressed. I keep having sugary foods to feel better. I get frustrated with my relationship and being so far apart still. He still comes down regularly on weekends and our vacation is coming up the first of June. However I shouldn't have any excuses for my weight going up. When he's here, he will either cook for us or we go out to eat, and I always eat bad with him. I try to starve when I get home from work but always cave and eat candy. I have a picture of my mom and I from last summer when I made it to my goal of 135. I keep looking at it and thinking that it should motivate me.
I definitely need some serious motivation to get these 16 pounds off that have crept back on! Whats new with you? How is your diet going? Hope you have a great week! emoticon

Hey Sarah...Merry Christmas!! How have you been doing? Sorry I'm always so slow about writing you back. I've been doing very badly lately, eating pretty much what I want and the scale is showing it. Today I was at almost 146 which is 10 pounds over what I was at. I'm pretty disappointed in myself. I have to get back on track! Its even harder with the holidays. What are your weekend plans for Christmas? I have to work tomorrow during the day and then my mom and I always exchange gifts on Christmas Eve night. Christmas day I'm actually off work and am going to my dad's in Johnstown. It looks like Ashley will be coming next weekend but for only two days(Saturday and Sunday).
Have you been feeling better? My back has been somewhat better. I have some bone spurs and no the straightest spine due to poor posture. Its usually bad when I'm at work, from standing all day. I just always have an issue.
How's it going with your house? Are you still working at khol's?
I know what you mean about having lots of bills to pay. I have been shopping like a maniac lately for Christmas and now I have my credit card way too high. My new year's goals are getting both my credit card and weight back down!
