My Goals:
With the support of my Spark team (Music teachers/DaveRamsey/MN KickStarted) I will stay on track to loose 43 pounds by May 2012. I have several lovely clothes, I cannot wear anymore. Hopefully, I'll be able to fit in them by May. Beside, my brother get married in May would love to look splendid for the occasion.

My Program:
I work out in the gym at least twice a week, and I walk at least 8,000 steps everyday. When I am not in the gym, I do pilates, 3 mile walk, and an exercise video-Mr. Mortivator!

I am also tracking my diet and eating between 1200-1500 calories each day. I am to burn 660 cal each week.
