Hey there, I have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees... so not exactly sure if it's the beginning of a flareup or just some soreness from all the extra fitness this month. Whatever it is, I hope it goes away soon. :)
When I finally decided I needed to quit soda b/c it was stopping me from reaching my goals & plus hurting my teeth -- it became easier for me. Now I don't even crave it. I crave ice cold water.
I LOVE our gym -- only been there a couple times (But I am doing the Insanity workout as well) It is just really intense -- I am on recovery week then starting month 2 -- so after that I plan to hit it more. GOOD luck if you do join!
A note to myself. Thought I would share! take your vitamins, eat your fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, exercise and get plenty of rest. These things will help keep you healthy during these cold winter months.
