Hi All!! It's been quite the life journey, going from a healthy, ultra-athletic teenager to an overweight, unhealthy adult ... and now (somewhat amazingly, and quite thankfully) back to healthy and athletic (although far removed from a teenager :-).

My Goals:
To be happy and healthy!! I'm already there, although I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds or becoming a bit more toned. But if I can at least stay where I am and not put on weight, or become lazy and sedentary ... then I'll have met my goals too!!
My Program:
At this point, just living the healthy lifestyle - watching what I eat, exercising, and being as active as possible.
