An Artist Within
Since I began my weight loss journey in 2005, a lot of changes have happened. Married, adopted two rescue beagles, bought a house, changed careers.
You'd think I'd be tired by this point, wouldn't you. LOL
My weight loss journey hasn't been easy - or rather, I should say it has been pretty pleasant, as long as I've had the tools to monitor what I eat, and actually *use* them.
For me, seeing what I'm putting in my mouth tally up every day into concrete ...

My weight loss journey hasn't been easy - or rather, I should say it has been pretty pleasant, as long as I've had the tools to monitor what I eat, and actually *use* them.
For me, seeing what I'm putting in my mouth tally up every day into concrete numbers has taught me more than anything else how to avoid some of my typical excesses. The trick is checking in - and I let that drop last year. It shows. Now I'm back in the game, and this time I mean to hit all my goals.

My Program:
To meet my weight loss goal I am incorporating strength training into my regular exercise routine. I'm also saying no to sugar, and am really looking at the motivational tools here to help keep me focused and accountable.
