My Goals:
My long term goal is to lose 80 pounds. My short term goal is to lose 30. That will put me at 200 pounds.

My Program:
I am forcing myself to make healthier choices. Just because there are doughnuts and other pastries available at our meeting at work every Friday morning, doesn't mean I have to have that every time. Yesterday, I brought a fruit tray as an option - and everyone lined up for it! Starting Monday, I will also be working out three times a week instead of twice.
