Just getting started for the 10th time...at least.

Ever know you need to make changes in your life, you know EXACTLY what you need to do but you just can't seem to do it? Well, that's where I am now. Need to get to a healthy weight but can't seem to stay consistant. I'm a single mom of a very involved tween and I have a very busy schedule as well. Sometimes I'm too tired to exercise or cook a healthy meal. UGH. I have done it before but life gets in the way. I can't seem to get back where I was. I was really accepting a good lifestyle ...

Sometimes I'm too tired to exercise or cook a healthy meal. UGH. I have done it before but life gets in the way. I can't seem to get back where I was. I was really accepting a good lifestyle change, exercising regularly, feelin good, strong. I WAS DOING IT! My blood pressure was the best it's been in my life!! I had so much energy, my doctor was so proud of what I had accomplished. Why isn't that motivation enough. Well, I joined this site to find my motivation and get back on the right path. I did it once, i can do it again.

Wow. Good for you. Our lives are comparable. I'm 43, computer tech with furbabies too. I am limited on exercise due to a severe ankle injury involving plates and screws. Good luck and looking forward to staying in each other's cheering section.

YES YOU CAN start by loging every bite and drink.Drink lots of water.Keep a good positive attitude and just do it.YOU ARE WORTH The EFFORT. COME back to spark often for encourgement and support. I am adding you as a friend as will encourge you
