the weight has crept up!

If I don't stay on it, my weight creeps up. Counting calories is like staying on top of the checking account. I must pay attention or things get unpleasant! Luckily I know this and have pretty good habits. Just gotta buckle down to stay in a good place

Personal Information:
I am not working a paying job at the moment. Trying to learn as much as i can about farming to move towards self sufficiency in the spring. Perhaps then raise food for sale once master feeding ourselves. So busy but not "working".

I like tracking my exercize and food when I'm doing a good job. I really hate tracking the calories for alcohol. Good Gracious they add up fast!
