This day I felt beautiful, I wanna feel like this again
Yup I'm doing it.
I am Tired of being unhealthy,
Tired of being unmotivated,
Tired of being Lazy,
Tired of being overweight, but mainly, I am
Tired of Being Tired!
This is my pledge to do what I need to do to better myself for my health, my husband, and my kids.
My first three goals are to not drink any soda, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day every day, and post on sparkpeople at least once a day every day.
My long term goal is to lose a total of 45 lbs. I currently weight 175 exactly and am determined to lose 1.5 lbs a week.
So far this week, I have been tracking what I eat on sparkpeople.com in order to track my calorie and fat intake. I am eating three meals a day with fruits and veggies as snacks.
In order to up my water intake, I am participating in a water drinking challenge, which is great because other challenges are included as well.
I am doing 30 minutes of cardio on Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays and Strength exercises on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Aside from that I take my kids for a 20 to 25 minute walk every night around 7 pm.

I have let circumstances, laziness, and lack of motivation turn me into someon I dont want to be anymore! With 3 boys, a hubby, and home business, I can't afford not to be healthy and in shape.
