I am trying to figure out what works for me. I want to be consistent and true to myself and not let anything or anyone hold me back from becoming as fabulous as I know I can be!
Oh, and I also want to answer that age-old question: Is it even possible to eat just 3 Oreos (a serving size)? ;-)

To go from squishy and jiggly to firmer and toned to tight and muscular
To look like I am flexing my muscles, even when I am not ;-)
To look and feel hot and sexy in a bikini, and in general!

To no longer be a binge eater or a slave to my food cravings
To increase my self-esteem, confidence, and self-love
To have better posture
To eat a piece of fruit every day
To complete a mini-triathlon in 2010
To make my body into what I want, regardless of what anyone else thinks!

To work out at least 5 days per week, for at least 30 minutes each time:
Monday - Accumulator
Tuesday - Yoga or Day Off
Wednesday - Strength Training
Thursday - Walk/Run
Friday - Spinning or Day Off
Saturday - Power Yoga
Sunday - Walk/Run
To NOT record my food/caloric intake for now (contributes to my binging)
To use my considerable knowledge of health, food, and fitness to achieve my goals

I work from home as a medical transcriptionist.
I love to read, cook, listen to music, and play with our furpeople (dog, cat, kitten).
Considering doing a "whole body" cleanse, but in a smart way. Lots of water, no harsh ingredients, etc.
