My goal is not only to lose 137 lbs, but to gain more confidence and happiness. I want to be healthy, not skinny.

I'm a member at Planet Fitness. My goal for right now is to work out every other day, or 3-4 days a week. My goal is to burn at least 350 calories per workout.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! So nice to hear that he is a gentleman!!! Love that. Also glad to hear that the last guy is kicked to the curb... had I known him I would have probably gone all crazy on him - you deserve so much better :)

Oh, MY, yes!! The membership upgrade is worth it just to be able to use that hydro therapy bed!! It is awesome! It massages you from head to toe, but it's adjustable AND it's warm!! So, so, so NICE!!
