My goal is not only to lose 137 lbs, but to gain more confidence and happiness. I want to be healthy, not skinny.

My 10% Weight Loss Goals:

Exercise
I walk 2 miles in 40 minutes (3 mph) 4-5 times a week. This burns about 300 calories each walking session.

My name is Alex. I live in Ohio, and I was just recently hired as a music teacher! I'm very excited to begin my first year of teaching!

- Drink 8-10 servings of water.
- Workout 4-5 times a week.
- Stay within my calorie, fat, protein, and carbohydrate ranges every day.

Hey chickie! Thanks for the summer goodie & for the blog comments! I am enjoying the summer so far (hasn't been horribly hot yet, which is great)... I watch a 2 yr old and I'm going to bring him back to my house today - grab my 14 yr old and we're going to hang at our lake!

As for getting back on track - it's NEEDED. I like myself so much better when I know I'm doing good ... and I feel much better then too!
