Thanks for the comment on my page, I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner. Hips are good, everything is back to normal except my time when I walk. Still slacking some. Going to be working on that since my first 5K run/walk is 7 days from now. (yikes!) Hope everything on your end is well! Keep up the hard work! emoticon

Haha the only time I dance is by myself!! I haven't ever played any sports. Basketball and Football were huge deals at my school and I never really got into it. I was a Proud Band Geek! Very active with that and I moved a lot because of all the marching. If I had to choose a sport that interests me I would say Soccer. I have never played, I don't know all the rules and how to's but I enjoy watching it. I really wish my school would have had that option growing up. I would have definitely been into it! Maybe you can explain it to me LOL
Fave exercise... walking, the elliptical, and crunches. Crunches? I know, I'm crazy =)

Thank you for stopping by my blog! The way I see it, I should never have a negative outlook on working out. Everything about it is positive (with the exception of injury, but let's not go there!! LOL) Better toned muscles, slimmer thighs and waist... I'm beginning to think of the gym as my new best friend. =D
