I enjoy being lean and strong!

In 2010 I was profiled by my insurance company. That was a wake up call. By December 2011 was was a new woman. As I learned to eat well, primarily a plant based diet, my energy increased. I now go to the gym 8 times each week. I started running in races June 2013. I ran my first 10K September 2013. I just ran my 8th race on Thanksgiving. Ran my second 10K 2014. I run in every 5K I can get to. I have several first place ribbons for my age division. I love being slim and strong. I ...

I go to cooking classes about once every two months. I rarely eat out at all. No dairy, no white flower, no processed oils, and no sugar.
