being realistic... 190 by 6/1

My Program:
I am TRYING to eat 1600 calories a day and doing cardio for 60 minutes a day, 4 times a week. Cardio I like includes... the new precor machine at my gym!!!, spinning, walking, elliptical & playing soccer. Also, strength training 3 times a week.

I currently reside in Bowling Green, OH but I am from Lithopolis, OH.

Thanks for the luck! I did pretty well being my first 5k out since last Nov. and fully being recovered from surgery in December! Woohoo!
