My Goals:
Now that I finally have the right shoes and inserts, I am starting to jog/run again. So exciting!

My Program:
I am exercising 7 hours/ week to start, adding weights for the first time in ages, and tracking food intake. Will keep calories at around 1400/ day and see what happens. Will add a cheat day or meal eat week.
