I'm a 28 yr old Stay at home mom to one wonderful 7yr old boy, wife to one wonderful dude! Trying to get fit and healthy! I have lost 22lbs since March 2011 and have about 20 more to go!

**update March 24th 2012, still working on getting out of the 140's Im 2-3 lbs away. It is so frustrating!!! I'm going to zumba 3-4 times a week ST on alternate days, going for walks I don't know what else to do
I hope it happens soon....

*update May 11th seeing 139-140 on ...

*update June 26 138-139 on the scale....need to hit the gym more often I have been totally slacking on gym time, surprised I haven't gained weight.

**update August 4th yikes August??? Started going to zumba again, still 138-139...

*update Sept.8 yikes where has the yr gone??? 135.4lbs, still have to get back into a regular gym/workout routine...

*update October 23 Stuck @137 back into zumba routine! Gym membership paid off !! NO excuses!

*update March 6th 2013 Yikes this year is flying by!!! @135...slow and steady wins the race I guess...

*update May 21 2013 136-137 scale not moving buy feeling great!

*update July 12 2013 137...

Wow long time no update!! 10/9/13 actually saw 133.8 on the scale this am:) can't wait to be out of the 130'S.

*update 2/27/2014 Working out up to 5 times a week!! Added bootcamp, yoga and HIIT(butts and guts) sometimes spinning to my zumba classes. Scale is stuck at 133...but I'm wearing size 4/6 yay!!

Hiiii!!!!!!!!! I completely agree that I feel most comfortable in the lower 130's. I feel big and bloated in the 140s and I hate that. I will never be stick thin, but I have had a taste of the gorgeous 120's and feel that I would settle in nicely in the 130s. I just feel happy in my body and not sluggish like I do now.

I moved to Denver from Ohio. Big change. Left my friends and family back in Ohio and made the decision to move for a new job opportunity that I couldnt pass up. And, I love the mountains. It's so gorgeous out here, it's incredible.

Are you east coast or west??

I'm going to add you as a SF---maybe we can work on reaching this goal together!!

Btw, your fit and weight loss journey are almost identical to mine. the weight, weight loss, and goal! I started at 168.5, down to 133, then bumped up to 143 when I got here. Now, it's recon to get back to the 130s and eventually make my way into the 120s ;)
