Keep my calories in check. Work out cardio at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Drink more water.
I fit into my sister in law's clothes in January when I went to AZ with her. It was then I realized I DID IT! Now I'm going to try to maintain through summer and camping. I've learned I need to keep counting the calories on SparkPeople to keep in check. Even if I have cheat meals/days/weekends. :)

I hate to cook and for Christmas we got an iPad. I found a site called "EatingWell.com" that has simple, quick and healthy recipes. You should check it out! Even my husband is enjoying the new meals.
