In the past year or so, my lack of exercise and love of occasional sweets has caused the scale to creep back up.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is To loose 35 pounds by my birthday next September. I plan on tackling 25 pounds by the end of March.

To that end, I have modified my ticker to show the weight loss in 5 pound increments.

My Program:
I have decided that insufficient daily exercise is keeping me from achieving the results I want.

How am I going to do this? In addition to the kettlebell and Pilates workouts I do for 20-25 minutes at a shot a few times a week, I will be incorporating a daily walk or run on my new treadmill.
