My Life:
I have been on this journey for 2 years in June. Overall I'm down 60 lbs, has been more but as we all know there are bumps in this road we call life. As of June 2012 I gain back about 40 lbs over a 9 month period. I can't say what went on but I can say that I'm back on my journey and feeling great about it. My Program:
To drink at least 8 or more cups of water per day To get in 6-7 days of cardio To get in 3-4 days of weight lifting To continue to watch my calories but still enjoy food

My name is Ally, I'm 34 yrs old and married with 2 kids. I currently live in North Charleston, SC but is from the Greenville area. I spent almost 6 yrs in Albuquerque, NM, as my hubby was stationed there. We are really lucky to be back closer to home and family.
