In 2010 I joined Spark, completed C25K! & lost 30lbs!. Ive been drifting in & out of Spark for years. Its time to regroup again & start taking my health more seriously.

2017: Im doing my Walk Of Shame back to Spark. Get back to basic's & starting over. Itʻs time to get real abt what's not working, "We repeat what we do not repair", Need to repair the Toxic relationship I have with food & clear my thoughts of all the BS, Self Sabatoge dialogue I have daily in my head😕..
That sh^! gets old real quick!!

May 2017: Goal 60 miles... Total miles walked 102.8 miles!!!
June 2017: Goal 70 miles... Total miles walked 80 miles!!
July 2017 : Goal 75... Total miles walked... 82.5 *Climbed Mt. Ellinor!!!!
August 2017:Goal 100 miles... Total miles walked 86.3!!!
September 2017: Goal 85 miles.. Whole30 starts Sept 1... Hike Mt.Ellinor AGAIN Sept 23rd

    so far, so good with Whole 30. Tomorrow is the half way point!!

    I've been using the crock pot every few days to cook meat and roasting lots of veggies.

    Day 13 was the only day I haven't felt really good. I was kind of tired and didn't have much energy. I still did my morning exercise, and went to spin class after work. Gotta push through, right?
