February 2017: 343 lbs/ October 2017 291 lbs.. B4 pix was taken with friends & family for my sisters 50th bday party. Turning to the side & holding my Dooney Hobo purse in front to hide myself!! should of carried a Messenger Bag Big Men's Big & Tall if I wanted adequate coverage! lol I have a lot more to go, but Im pushing for my health every day. *September 2017:Completed Whole 30 frm Sept 1st thru 30th.. DONE. Pound's Lost 18!!

*September 2017:Hike Mt.Ellinor AGAIN Sept 23rd- DONE!! Made it all the way to the top!!! Exhilarating, Exciting, Exhausting, Dangerous, Ohh so Fun!!! Thrilling knowing I scaled a mountain.. omg.

October 2017: Goal walk 80 miles..Total Miles walked 107!!
Goal: Active in 5% Fall Challenge, Go Awesome A's.. Chk in daily with weekly weigh in post- Done!

    Thank you for the fresh bowl of fruit for my goodie!! Thank you also for telling me how the island people cook. I bet that taste so good do you go back & visit? I never knew a culture cooked liked that I find that interesting.I am not doing good on my weight as I think since I am on a new medication it is causing weight gain will be talking to DR on the 29th my weight goes only in my stomach I hate it. However I feel if I exercised it would help I am in a rut right now hard to get out of. I do not have any snacks in our home. I eat too many carbs. The Dr I see is for weight management I weigh 169 I want to weigh 136 that is where I feel best at physically & mentally.So many people tell me I do not have to loose weight I do not like that they are not in my body I also need to get my cholesterol down & tryglycerides down .I just told Gary ( husband ) how you cook in your culture he ask if you all cook like that all the time with the food in the ground with hot stones ?     "Dreadmill!" I love it! Of course, I am completely, utterly and hopelessly in love with mine. It snows a lot here, and the sidewalks are so icy! I hate to be a wimp, but I just can't get a good walk when I have to be so careful about slipping. The "tortoise shuffle" is not mentioned in any fitness program I have seen! Go figure? I have developed a deep and lasting friendship with my treadmill, and my husband's bike, and the stairs in our house, and the WiiFit Zumba program, with its dippy computer animated hotties... Ech. Barbies and Kens, every single one of them, but they get me moving.

    Enjoy the rain, and keep of keeping on, my friend!
