Getting Healthy in College

I am currently a Sophomore in college who is a group fitness instructor! I am experiencing health issues, including: high cholesterol, anxiety, insomnia, and depression; which have influenced my decision to completely change my lifestyle. I have ten pounds to lose and a lot to learn :)

You can totally do this. Just focus on facts and no emotions. There is so much to learn here on the site and I am totally taking it all in. So much I didn't know. I was eating what I thought was healthy for me that in reality was way out of balance. So just take it steady and decide those last 10 lbs. have to go and chisel away at them 1 at a time. You are worth it!
