Happiness Isn't a Feeling- It is a Way of Life

Being overweight has been a problem for me since childhood. I have never known what it is like to be happy with your reflection in the mirror. I want to know what that feels like.

Thanks but you give me way too much praise. I have a lot of pain but there are tons on here that are worse than I. If i can keep you moving then great!!! Glad you have a plan. HUGS
I can be a real whiner when the pain gets bad but am learning! LOL

Thanks and you are right, once I move it helps, I have severe arthritis in my spine and need a new knee. Now my thumbs. but I have in the past let my pain totally dictate what I did and could try. NOT now, I have to move or it is worse.
