Back again!

2 years ago I had twin boys that keep me very busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I have 10lbs tonloae yo be at pre-pregnancy weight and 15lbs to reach where I was the first time I was maintainingy life style. Diet is where I need to zone in...I'm dedicated to my new Piyo workouts, but know my snacking choices need to be revamped. Here's to the finding the healthiest version of myself again.

My Goals:
Well I kicked butt at getting healthy, and exceeding my goal weight! Now to maintain this healthy lifestyle for a healthy pregnancy:

1. Eat a healthy well balanced diet (when I can overcome food aversions to meat and some vegetables).

2. Take my daily prenatal vitamin, and increased folic acid.

3. Reduce amount of unnecessary weight gain during pregnancy.

My Program:
Eating a healthy diet and working out frequently by walking and doing strength training. I'm looking into a DVD for safe exercises depending on month of pregnancy.

Personal Information:
I am a dental hygienist living in the great state of Maine with my husband. We live busy lives, but everyone can make healthy choices on any budget or schedule!

Other Information:
Once the babies are born and I get the ok to workout at full intensity I plan to restart my SP journey to Stage I, and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 135-140 and my size 6 jeans. Fingers crossed.

Yes we are getting very excited now! We have the big 20 week ultrasound tomorrow and are hoping to find out the gender! :D

Still doing well and baby is too. I'm exercising every day. Yesterday we took a Yoga for Labor class which was nice and different. I'm 32 weeks on Wednesday! Glad to hear from you. Hope things are great with you too!
