Well I'm 20 years old married to my high school sweetheart and we have a beautiful baby boy that was born on October 17, 2012. The day my son was born was the day I decided to change my life forever and begin to lose the weight that has held me back so many years. I have lost 68lbs so far and I'm beginning to love life. I'm now playing kickball on an adult league and starting a volleyball team in my community. I love all sports!! I'm so so excited about this journey!!! LETS DO THIS!!!

My Goals:
My Weight loss goals
• Get to 300lbs by December 1st, 2012 -GOAL MET!!
• Get to 290lbs by Christmas on December 25th , 2012 -GOAL MET!!
• Get to 280lbs by Anniversary on January 20th ,2013- GOAL MET!!!
• Get to 270lbs by Valentine’s day on February 14th ,2013 - GOAL MET!!
• Get to 260 by Easter on March 31st GOAL MET!!!
• Get to 245lbs by Mother’s day on May 12th ,2013! GOAL NOT MET BUT I'M AT 249!
o Be able to walk a 5k In less than an hour
• Get to 240lbs by Father’s Day on June 16th ,2013
• Get to 235lbs by July 4th on July 4th, 2013
• Get to 215lbs by September 2nd , 2013
• Get to 205lbs by Haydens b-day on October 17th ,2013
o Be able to walk a 10K in an hour
• Get to 185lbs by Christmas on December 25th, 2013
• Get to 180lbs by Anniversary on January 20th, 2014
Get to 150 by Easter
WEIGHT GOAL will be met by March, 2014

My Program:
Well one of the things I am currently doing is trying to eat at home more often. We have been addicted to fast-food and now its time that changes.

Another thing is I am working out as much as possible even if it's only 10 minutes a day and I just joined our local adult Kickball league and I'm starting a new adult volleyball league in our city soon!!

The last thing is drinking more water. I was awful at drinking water but now I have begun to slowly build up to drinking 8 glasses a day :)

Well those are the three main things as of now.

Personal Information:
I live in Texas! I love Texas because its so random! One day is bright, sunny, and hot outside the next it's snowing. Lol

Other Information:
My newest favorite quote is: It is better to take many small steps in the right direction, then to take a huge leap forward, only to stumble backwards. :)
