Fierce like a warrior!

I'm 26 years old. I work full-time, I am a proud mom. I'm also 110 pounds overweight.

How did I let myself get to that point? I suppose I will blame it on my love of fast food :) Also my love of living a sedentary life. Yet, after getting on a scale and seeing me at 292, and how close I was to 300 lbs, I knew I had to make a change. I suffered from pinched nerves a lot, getting out of breath easily, amongst other health issues I attributed to my weight. I took a full body picture ...

I always thought I looked good considering I am 5'11, but then in the pictures I could see the weight gain. I decided then and there, for my son and myself and my boyfriend, I would do what needed to be done to be the healthiest me I could be.

And here I am, on my weight loss journey. It's not going to be easy, of this I know. There is no miracle cure, to shed the pounds off super quickly. It is going to take dedication, motivation, and a positive mindset.

I know I can do this! :)

My Goals:
Ultimately, my goal is to hit 175 lbs, however I am taking it in 10% increments at a time :)

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am starting by cutting calories, but still eating what I want in moderation. If I hit a plateau, then I will adjust my calorie needs as needed. I also work out everyday, for as long as I can go. I know that I will build my stamina as long as I keep at it.

Mon, Wed, Fri: Cardio
Tues, Thurs, Sat: Cardio/Strength
Sunday: Walk

Suggestion: Make the letters of your page white or yellow so we can read the text of your page, and what we type in the box for comments, beter. The lettes are black now and it means I can't read what I'm typing!
