Hi I'm Ami,
I'm a Crafter/ Graphic Designer for a Fashion Web site...so all in all I sit on my butt...a lot. I am also obsessed with my computer and might as well surgical attach it to my lap.
I also have 2 boy. Fuss pot is almost a year and my step son (adopted sort of) that I adore but he has some ADHD Bipolar things going on so it is super stressful. I also have Bipolar so yah. Most people get congratulations it's a boy...I got congratulations it's a 2.5 year old.

My Boyfriend and I are actually high school sweethearts. We got back together after 7 years of not seeing each other cuz we ended bad (he was a jerk face) I like to say we had a 7 year break n he had Michael.

If your hungry you should eat, make sure you get your water in and that may curb hungry. Another suggestion would be to use a smaller plate and eat slower, put your fork down between bites.

Try to make your meals more filling, check out what types of food will keep you fuller longer.

No emoticon just some changes to make, its early, it happens, but you can do it.

Also feeling hungry take a walk and if your still hungry than have something like cereal or some fruit.

You shouldn't be sad and hungry though
