If your hungry you should eat, make sure you get your water in and that may curb hungry. Another suggestion would be to use a smaller plate and eat slower, put your fork down between bites.
Try to make your meals more filling, check out what types of food will keep you fuller longer.
No just some changes to make, its early, it happens, but you can do it.
Also feeling hungry take a walk and if your still hungry than have something like cereal or some fruit.
