Hello!! Well last time I was on here I was 18 and trying to lose weight for the summer holidays and for university. Now it's 3 years down the line and I weigh slightly less than I did when I joined (but only from recent efforts, not from any ongoing choices). My aim, and I am finally ready to put my heart and soul into getting to this point, is to lose weight and be happy with my appearance and health. I hope to change bad habits and become healthier and fitter. Good luck to everyone ...

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose around 13kg. I have a very flexible deadline for this since I'm, for one doing it for myself and not for any particular event.
My Program:
My day is very hectic. I'm trying to incorporate at least 20 min of exercise per day and bulk up my meals with fruit and veg.
Personal Information:
Ok so i'm from the UK and I'm 21 and studying civil engineering, which is a course I love but it is very time consuming and a lot of work.
