Eating clean. No gluten, dairy, and minimal sugar. Working out 3-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes to an hour.

Well hey there! Thank you SO much for stopping by my page. I've been swamped in life lately so it was nice to hear from someone on SP. I hope this fall has been treating you well and you're progressing with your goals. I am thankfully still losing but at a MUCH slower pace than usual. Thank you for checking in on me! My week's have been getting better and I'm definetly looking forward to the upcoming weekend. The family and I have decided to have a garage sale next weekend (shoot me now, lol) so we have to get everything sorted, priced, and ready this weekend. Lots of sweatin' I'll be doing for sure!
