My Goals:
Lose weight, feel better, and treat myself with respect and care.

My Program:
I'm going to do some form of exercise SEVEN days a week.

I'll track my food carefully and consistently, which will help me be more conscious of my food choices, fight the urge to binge, and stay within my goals.

And most importantly, I'm going to STOP bashing myself for how I look/how my clothes fit and for every little slip-up. I'm going to do this the positive way, and that's why it's going to work this time.

I'm 29 year-old English teacher.

Single, no kids. I love to travel and take photographs.

Hi! Thanks for your inspiration suggestions on my last blog; I am always on the lookout for images, stories, quotes . . . to keep me motivated! Sometimes, when I think "maybe I won't exercise today" I just look at my wall and then I get out my running shoes! I hope you are having a great week emoticon emoticon emoticon
