Pyramid Base: 1. consuming 8-10 cups of water daily; flushing out my system and keeping me hydrated
2. Comsuming 5-10 servings of freggies a day; enjoying 1-2 servings at each main meal
3. Getting a healthy mix of cardio and strength exercise in daily
4. Sleeping 7-9 hours a night.

I share my life with my husband and our two calico cats, Amber and Alexis and THEIR mum, Lunar! We also have a teri-poo named Robbie! Dillon (formally known as Delilah) the cat crossed over the rainbow bridge in August 2014, but he will remain forever in our hearts.
