Hi! I have a great job and an amazing 16 year old daughter. I've made up my mind to be the healthiest version of myself that I can be. My biggest challenges are staying on track, drinking enough water, and really pushing myself during workouts. I'm starting to get the hang of making healthy choices and I'm actually really enjoying the time I spend exercising, whether running on the treadmill, finding out how much I can lift, or practicing yoga. My Program:
1000-1250 calorie range. 300+ fitness minutes weekly. ST at least 2x a week. Spark daily!
