My Goal is to lose 30lbs. To look and feel better.
Pay attention to what I eat. Eat at least 5 fruits and veggies. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Exercise at least 5 days a week with cardio and weights for at least 45 mins at least 3 days a week.
I also want to lose 40ibs. I am new to Spark and my generated date for this goal was 15 September 2014. This really doesn't seem so far away. I have been trying to lose this weight for 18 mnths. I just keep going back to start. It is very frustrating. I hope this community page will help me.
