I have learned I cannot do it all at once. But I can do at least one thing every day to make an effort to be healthy.
"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out." ~Robert Collier
You are doing amazing. Being in the top five for team fitness minutes is inspiring!
Continue to make small efforts every day and it will all add up to success! Together we can do this!!!

Good morning. Thanks for adding me as a friend. I just added you, too, and look forward to supporting one another on our health and fitness journey. I see you enjoy zumba....me, too...I need to find another class I can take (instructor discontinued due to repetititve motion injury and her choreography was awesome and the classes were small, which I liked).

Wishing you a terrific healthy and fit Sunday! emoticon
