Hi there, my name is Bethany. I've been trying to incorporate healthy choices in my life since the end of high school. Back then, I had a terrible diet of fast food, pre-packaged food, and junk food! I was about the same weight I am now, only most of that body weight has turned into muscle!
Now my goal is to lose the last 10, and keep pushing myself so I have more energy and drive.

First - thanks for responding to my blog. I have the same problems at work with food. If somebody brings in food which is usually not healthy I can't resist. How do you handle that situation? Let me know if you have anything that helps and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
