Hello :) I'm Amy, I'm 21 year old and roughly weigh about 224lbs. My goal is to eventually weigh around 140lbs. I generally would just like to get fitter physically and be more healthy. I must admit I'm pretty lazy but that's all changing now!

My Goals:
Basically I want to lose 84 pounds. Ideally I'd love to have done it by this time next year! But realistically I suppose I would like to lose it by the time I'm 25, so within the next 3 and a half years. I think I can do that!

My Program:
So far I've completely cut out fizzy drinks, they are my enemy.

I plan to cut waaay down on carbs, I love carbs, but it's time to have less.

I will be exercising at least 4 times a week.

Honestly! I think you should stick with it and keep fighting! try a different workout or check out some other peoples spark pages to motivate you. That's what I tend to do.

I was feeling very unmotivated today. Worked my butt of this week and no change in my weight. Just have to keep fighting that urge to relax on the sofa and get my butt up and workout hard!
