I'm back.
I'm not new, I just went away for a while. I have returned because I love spark and I'm back to counting calories, etc. I took a break for a small reason....a 12 pound reason to be exact...that's how much my son weighs now. Born on August 26, 2009.
I'll add more here..just not now.

With a 20 pound child, I should have toned arms in no time. LOL
