Starting Over

I joined SparkPeople back in 2007 and, after a few months, stopped using the site. The only goal I accomplished from back then was to finally graduate from college.

Now, I'm starting over.

When I look in the mirror, I don't think I look bad. Then, I see photos of myself and I look huge. I want the person I see in the mirror to be the same person in pictures!

Welcome to Hula Hoop All Stars! Good for you for making your own hoop! WTG! Hooping was hard for me too. I never was able to do it as a kid. When I started with an adult hoop it was over a week of trying daily before I could count by minutes instead of rotations. Now it's one of my favorite exercises. Try to build some exercise into EVERY day; find things you love to do. For me, that's gardening, hooping and yoga with a short abs video every morning. emoticon
