My Goals:
Short term
1-Exercise 5-6 times per week. Cardio and strength training
2-Drink 8 glasses water
3-Eat 3-5 fruits/veg per day
4-Eat correct amount of carb-protein and fat in meals
5-Eat one daily serving of a healthy fat
6-Pray daily

Mid term
1- Focus on healthy habits and not the scale
2-Reward myself by writing it down
1-After each 100 SP points, give myself one goode, that is 100pts
2- After 5 dys exercise, give myself one goode that is 25 pts.
3-After burning more than 250 cal, give myself one goode, that is 50pts.

Long term
1-Continue exercise 5-6 times per week
2-Countinue counting calories 3 times per week
3-Continue pray daily
4-Grow in my faith


update: 30 dec 2012: exercise a total of 250 minutes a week.

Maria’s Onderland Party is finally here. Friday we are throwing Maria (Fusion Fitness) a dance-a-thon at 6pm Standard Time, Maria’s web page http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage.asp?id=F
USIONFITNESS3 Just cut and paste this address in your browser. So same time as California in the States. She likes music from the 70’s so we will be having a Disco Party. It won’t be a party without great Spark Friends stopping by to celebrate, dance a bit and offer Congrats to her for all her hard work to get to this awesome goal. If you don’t mind bring a Spark goodie with you to share at the party. We will have Video web addresses for the songs we will be dancing to, so everyone can get some fun partying in, and cardio at the same time. It would be great if you can take a picture of your dancing and if you are up for it throwing in some Hippy outfit or maybe just a Peace sign and post it on your page or a blog so Maria can see everyone having fun at her dance-a-thon. John Travolta will be there you can count on that! I am looking for some flower power, maybe even a cool peace sign lol. Wouldn’t it be great if we could all Skype a dance party?
