Right now (as of January 5, 2013), I'm doing the SparkCoach trial. Part of that trial is updating this page. So, here goes:

I'm in my early forties, have lots of weight to lose, enjoy photography, video games (especially RIFT), and spending time with my family and pets.

My New Year's Resolution is to have at least 1/3 of my food at each meal be fruits/vegetables (my ideal is 1/2, but that's asking a lot at certain meals).
