I understand about the tracker not having everything in it. I am pretty obsessive about making sure what I enter is accurate. If I can't find it and I've got the nutrition facts, I add it myself. I enter all my recipes I make at home into sparkrecipes.com too.

BodyPump is a group fitness class that I teach at the YMCA. It rocks! Check it out!

Yeah, routines can be challenging to decide on. I used to alternate upper/lower body every other day until I started doing BodyPump which is full body. You just find what works for you and go with it.

I checked out your tracker. I have to ask what pizza hut margarita pizza is.
