I understand about the tracker not having everything in it. I am pretty obsessive about making sure what I enter is accurate. If I can't find it and I've got the nutrition facts, I add it myself. I enter all my recipes I make at home into sparkrecipes.com too.

Yeah, routines can be challenging to decide on. I used to alternate upper/lower body every other day until I started doing BodyPump which is full body. You just find what works for you and go with it.
