Here are some rewards i'll give myself along the way:

Clothing that fits my actual size. When I feel heavy and clothes won't fit, buy a nice accessories: shoes, jewelry, bags, scarf...
Mineral make-up: wear makeup lifts my mood and makes me a million dollars even if my weight is not ideal!
For the couple first small victories: buy a bouquet of fave flowers, then some fancy oolong (wulong) tea.
For each bigger milestone: buy a fave book, music CD or film DVD.
For an even bigger achievement: buy some cool stationery (I'm a stationery junkie!)

My Goals:
deflate, deflate, deflate!

i feel like an inflated baloon...

My Program:
drinking water, eating more slowly and not in front of computer, eating more veggies, listening to motivational music daily, doing 15 minutes of intensive strength daily, the goal being doing 30 minutes daily (i now do 25 daily!!)
I'm also supposed to walk for an hour daily but didn't get around it yet.
That's not true anymore, i walk a least half an hour daily, and a whole hour if my schedule allows.

Oooh I'd so love to say I will take some me time, but now is not possible. My mom just had knee replacement surgery and is still in the recovery stage. While she is INCREDIBLY demanding, she is also emotional and in pain, so I have to tough it out for a few more weeks till she's fully mobile by herself. Thankfully I have time out with boot camp and I take the dogs for runs. My sister and I take it day about to care for my moms needs...but when she's recovered I am definitely taking a long weekend and hubby and I are going away. Can't wait for that.

I am doing real fine - what really helpsright now is that I moved away from toxic environment. I am away on vacation - so not a lot of internet connection, which is alos a good thing btw and I am staying a t a very lovely place.

I have started, in a natural & spontaneous way, to cook at home again. That's simply because I feel " at home" where I"m staying, contrary to the place I have been renting for the past year- what a yucky rental ! No wonder I was never able to cookthere!

So all in all, real fine, emoticon

The house I'm staying at is near a village with a small forest in between. This means daily walks in natural outdoors to get back and forth between home and village. emoticon
